How to Read a Listing

Before ordering, work through the listing deliberately. Ask whether the title accurately describes the product, whether the photos are clear, and whether the condition is clearly stated. Check whether the description answers your questions and whether the price makes sense for the product. Confirm whether important accessories are included. Review what the seller's store says and what previous reviews indicate. Establish what delivery arrangement will be used.

If anything remains unclear, that is a signal — either to ask the seller or to reconsider.

Reading the Entire Listing

One of the most common mistakes buyers make is reading partially. A buyer may look at the title and price, glance at a photo, and proceed to checkout. This leaves them exposed to details they missed — a disclosed defect, a missing accessory, a condition note, a delivery term.
