Bukiia allows you to save products to your favorites. To save a product, open it and select the heart or favorite icon. The product is then added to your favorites list, which you can access at any time through your profile menu under My Favorites.

Saving a product does not commit you to anything. It simply keeps the item in one place so you can return to it. This is useful when you are comparing several similar products, when you want to track a listing over time, or when you are planning a purchase for later.

The distinction between favorites and your cart matters. Favorites are for products you are considering. The cart is for products you are ready to buy. Keeping the two separate helps you avoid accidental purchases and keeps your decision-making clear.

Finding Products Near You

Bukiia serves buyers and sellers across Cameroon, and buying locally offers practical advantages. Delivery is faster when the distance is short. Shipping costs are often lower. In many cases, pickup becomes possible — allowing you to collect the product in person and inspect it before completing the transaction.

To find products near you, use the location or town filter when searching or browsing. This limits results to sellers in a particular area. Buying locally may make pickup or local delivery easier, although buyers should still confirm the actual delivery arrangement with the seller.

The Advantages of Local Buying

Local purchasing is not simply about convenience. It can reduce risk. When you can meet a seller in person, you can inspect the product directly, verify its condition, and confirm that it matches the listing. You can ask questions face to face and resolve uncertainties before money changes hands.

For higher-value items or used products where condition is critical, buying locally is often the safer choice.

When arranging a pickup, safety should guide your decisions. Choose public locations where practical. Avoid unnecessary sharing of sensitive information. Confirm the product before completing the transaction. Keep your order information available, and never share payment credentials.
