Browsing is exploration. The cart and checkout are where exploration becomes a commitment. This is the stage where you decide exactly what you are buying, confirm the details, and complete payment. Getting it right here prevents most of the problems that can occur later.

Adding Products to Your Cart

The cart is designed for buying one or more products together. You can add items to the cart as you browse, then review everything before proceeding. This is useful when you are purchasing multiple products, comparing options, or simply not ready to pay immediately.

Before proceeding to checkout, review your cart. Check the product, the quantity, the price, the seller, and any available offers. The cart is your last chance to correct a mistake before the order is created.

Order Now vs. Cart

There are two ways to begin a purchase. The Order Now option allows you to proceed directly toward purchasing a single product, bypassing the cart. The cart allows you to gather multiple products before checking out.

Order Now is faster when you know exactly what you want. The cart is better when you are buying several items, especially from the same seller, or when you want to review everything together before paying.

What Checkout Does

When you proceed to checkout, Bukiia creates a checkout containing the items you intend to purchase. The checkout presents the full picture of the order — products, quantities, prices, seller grouping, and the final amount payable.

At checkout, review:

• Products

• Quantities

• Prices

• Seller grouping

• Available wallet balance

• Payment amount

Only proceed when the information is correct. This is the moment to catch errors, not after payment.

Checkout Is Temporary

A checkout is temporary. The current Bukiia checkout period is 30 minutes. If payment is not completed before the checkout expires, you may need to return to your cart and create a new checkout.

This is a deliberate design choice. It prevents abandoned checkout sessions from remaining active indefinitely, which keeps pricing and availability accurate for everyone. A checkout expiration is different from an unresolved payment status on an already-created order — the first is simply a checkout that timed out, while the second is a payment that requires attention.

Reviewing Before Paying

Before payment, carefully check the product, quantity, seller, delivery details, applicable fees, available wallet balance, and the final amount payable. If something is incorrect, correct it before completing payment.

This final review is short, but it is the most valuable habit in the entire purchasing process. It ensures that what you pay for is exactly what you intend to buy.
