Creating a Bukiia Account

Your Starting Point on Bukiia

An account is the foundation of everything you do on Bukiia. It is what allows you to save products, message sellers, place orders, track deliveries, hold wallet funds, and — if you choose — open a store and sell. Creating one is a short process, but doing it thoughtfully saves trouble later.

Registration Methods

Bukiia supports two registration methods.

The first is email and password. This is the more traditional route and gives you full control over your credentials. When registering this way, use an email address that you control and check regularly. Your email is not just a login — it is how Bukiia reaches you about account verification, order updates, payment confirmations, and important account communications. An email you rarely check can cause you to miss time-sensitive information.

The second is Google account authentication. This allows you to register quickly using an existing Google account, without creating a new password. It is convenient, but it ties your Bukiia access to the security of that Google account, so ensure it is properly protected.

Creating Your Account

To create an account:

1. Open Bukiia.

2. Select the profile icon.

3. Select Sign Up.

4. Choose your preferred registration method.

5. Complete the required information.

6. Verify your account where required.

The process is intentionally brief. Bukiia does not ask for unnecessary information at registration — additional details are collected only when they become relevant, such as during seller onboarding or verification.

Why Accurate Information Matters From the Start

It can be tempting to enter minimal or approximate information during registration, planning to correct it later. This is a mistake. Inaccurate information at the account level tends to surface at the worst possible moments — when a delivery needs to reach you, when a payment needs to be matched to your account, or when a dispute requires verifying who you are.

Use accurate details from the beginning. If something changes, update it promptly.

Protecting Your Credentials

Your Bukiia account should be protected the same way you protect anything valuable. Choose a strong password that you do not use on other platforms. Never share it with anyone — not with a seller, not with a buyer, and not with anyone claiming to represent Bukiia.

This last point deserves emphasis. Bukiia will never ask for your password through email, chat, or messaging. If someone requests it, that request is itself a warning sign. Legitimate support processes do not require your password.

After Registration

Once your account is created, you can immediately begin using Bukiia as a buyer: browsing products, saving favorites, messaging sellers, and placing orders. If you later decide to sell, you can complete seller onboarding using the same account — no separate registration is needed.

The account you create today is the same account you will use for every part of the Bukiia experience, whether you remain a buyer or eventually become a seller as well.
