Returning to Your Account

Signing in to Bukiia is how you return to everything associated with your account — your orders, messages, favorites, wallet, notifications, and seller dashboard if you sell. The process is simple, but knowing what to do when it fails is just as important as knowing the routine.

Signing In

To sign in:

  1. Open Bukiia.

  2. Select the profile icon.

  3. Select Sign In.

  4. Enter your account credentials.

  5. Continue to your account.

If you registered using Google authentication, you may be able to sign in with a single selection of your Google account rather than entering a password. Both methods lead to the same account and the same features.

When You Cannot Sign In

Sign-in problems are common and usually have simple causes. Before assuming the worst, work through the likely explanations.

Confirm your email. It is easy to enter a slightly different address — a missing character, a different domain, an old email you no longer use. Check carefully.

Confirm your password. Typing errors, caps lock, and autocomplete mistakes account for many failed sign-ins. Re-enter it deliberately.

Try password recovery. If you genuinely cannot recall your password, use the available password-reset process. This sends a recovery link or code to the email associated with your account.

Check whether your account has been restricted. Accounts may be restricted for policy violations or suspicious activity. If you suspect this, contact Bukiia Support.

Contact Support. If none of the above resolves the issue, Bukiia Support can help you regain access.

Recovering Your Account

Account recovery depends on having access to the email address associated with your Bukiia account. This is one of the reasons Bukiia emphasizes using an email you control and check regularly. If you lose access to that email, recovery becomes significantly harder.

If you can access your email but not your Bukiia account, the password-reset process is usually sufficient. If you cannot access either, contact Bukiia Support and be prepared to provide information that helps confirm your identity and ownership of the account.

Keeping Access Secure

Once you regain access, take a moment to secure it. Change your password if you suspect it was compromised. Review your account activity for anything unexpected. If your email account itself may have been compromised, secure that first — your Bukiia account is only as safe as the email behind it.

Sign-in problems are frustrating, but they are almost always solvable. The key is to act promptly, use the official recovery process, and avoid sharing credentials with anyone offering to "help" outside of Bukiia's official support channels.
