The Seller's Side of the Contract

Every transaction on Bukiia involves two parties with obligations. The buyer pays and provides accurate information. The seller describes, prepares, and delivers. The seller policy sets out what the seller's side of that contract involves.

These obligations are not optional. They are the basis on which buyers extend trust, and the basis on which Bukiia extends protection and payout.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, accurate inventory, correct fulfillment, appropriate packaging, shipping evidence, delivery information, cooperation with disputes, and honest marketplace conduct.

Each of these corresponds to a stage of the transaction. Accurate listings ensure buyers know what they are purchasing. Accurate inventory prevents orders that cannot be fulfilled. Correct fulfillment ensures the right product is sent. Appropriate packaging protects the product in transit. Shipping evidence documents dispatch. Delivery information allows the buyer to follow the shipment. Cooperation with disputes allows problems to be resolved fairly. Honest conduct underpins the entire system.

A seller who meets these responsibilities consistently builds a strong reputation and avoids disputes. A seller who does not accumulates cancellations, complaints, and account risk.

The Payout Principle

Seller payout follows a general principle:

Buyer pays → funds held → seller fulfills → buyer receives → applicable confirmation and dispute period → payout eligible → payout processed

This sequence exists because payout follows completed fulfillment, not payment alone. The funds are held between payment and payout to ensure they remain available if a problem is reported and upheld.

When Payout Becomes Eligible

A seller becomes eligible for payout when the applicable order completion conditions have been satisfied. This may occur after buyer confirmation, after the applicable confirmation period passes without a valid dispute, or after a dispute is resolved in the seller's favour.

On Bukiia, an order completes when the buyer confirms delivery. If the buyer does not confirm, the admin may contact the buyer to ask them to mark the order as delivered. The seller may also contact the buyer to request confirmation, or involve the admin where the buyer does not respond.

Disputed Orders

An active dispute may hold the payout until resolution. If a dispute is raised, the relevant seller payout may be held while Bukiia reviews the evidence. Possible outcomes include a refund, a partial refund, a replacement, a return and refund, a seller payout, or another permitted resolution.

A dispute does not establish that the seller did anything wrong. It simply pauses the payout until the matter is resolved.

Withdrawals

Seller earnings become available for withdrawal after the applicable payout process is completed. Sellers withdraw funds manually rather than receiving automatic withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be subject to available balance, withdrawal requirements, payment method availability, applicable limits, and verification requirements.

If a withdrawal fails, check your withdrawal information, confirm that your account meets the requirements, and review the transaction status. If the issue continues, contact Bukiia Support with the relevant transaction or withdrawal reference.
