Each section corresponds to a part of the platform. Eligibility and accounts establish who can use Bukiia and how. Marketplace role clarifies what Bukiia is — a marketplace, not the seller of the products listed. Payments and Buyer Protection set out how money and protection work. Seller and buyer responsibilities describe the obligations of each party. Delivery and prohibited activities cover the practical conduct of transactions. Suspension, intellectual property, third-party services, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification address the legal and operational boundaries of the service.

Bukiia's Role Under the Terms

One of the most important points the Terms establish is Bukiia's role. Bukiia provides the marketplace infrastructure and transaction processes that help buyers and sellers interact. It does not own the products listed by independent sellers.

Sellers remain responsible for the products they list and the accuracy of their listings. Buyers remain responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing listings, cooperating with delivery, and reporting legitimate problems promptly.
