How an Order Completes

On Bukiia, an order completes when the buyer confirms delivery. This is the buyer's acknowledgement that the product has been received and inspected, and that the order can be considered fulfilled.

Confirmation matters because it is the point at which the transaction concludes and the seller's payout becomes eligible according to the applicable conditions. Until the order is confirmed, or a problem is reported, the transaction remains open.

Confirming Delivery

When your order arrives, inspect the product carefully. Check that it is the correct item, that the quantity is right, that the condition matches the listing, and that important components and accessories are present. If everything is satisfactory, select Confirm Delivery.

Do not confirm delivery before receiving the product. Confirmation is a statement that the order has been received — it should only be made when that is true.

If the Buyer Does Not Confirm

There are situations where a buyer receives a product but does not mark the order as delivered. They may forget, be unavailable, or simply not return to the platform. In these cases, the order should not remain unresolved indefinitely.

Where a delivery is pending confirmation, the admin may contact the buyer to ask them to mark the order as delivered. This is a follow-up step designed to bring the order to a proper conclusion once the product has actually been received.

The seller may also contact the buyer to request confirmation, or involve the admin if the buyer does not respond. This gives sellers a route to resolve orders that have been fulfilled and delivered but not yet confirmed.

Reporting a Problem Instead

If something is wrong with the order, the buyer should report a problem rather than confirm delivery. Reporting opens the dispute process, and the seller's payout is held while the matter is reviewed. This is the correct path when the product has not arrived, has arrived damaged, does not match the listing, or is otherwise not what was purchased.

Confirming delivery and reporting a problem are the two ways a buyer can respond to an order. Either resolves the order's next step; only inaction leaves it unresolved.

Why Confirmation Matters

Confirmation is not a formality. It is how the transaction closes and how the seller becomes eligible for payout. Without it, and without a reported problem, the order remains in an unresolved state — which serves neither party.

Buyers should confirm promptly once they have received and inspected the product. Sellers should follow up when confirmation is outstanding, and involve the admin where necessary. This keeps orders moving to a proper conclusion.
