Your Orders in One Place

Every purchase you make on Bukiia is recorded as an order, and every order is accessible from your account. This order history is not just a record of what you have bought. It is the working space where you track progress, retrieve information, and take action when something needs attention.

How to View Your Orders

To view your orders:

  1. Open the profile menu.

  2. Select My Orders.

  3. Select the order you want to inspect.

Your order list shows your purchases with their current status, allowing you to see at a glance which orders are pending, paid, shipped, delivered, or under review.

What an Order Detail Page Contains

An order detail page may contain product information, quantity, seller details, the order number, payment information, delivery information, a shipping reference, the shipping date, shipping evidence, and the current order status.

It also provides the actions available for that order — confirming delivery, reporting a problem, contacting the seller, and reviewing where eligible. These actions appear according to the order's status. Confirming delivery only becomes relevant once the order has arrived; reporting a problem becomes relevant if something is wrong.

Why the Order Detail Page Matters

The order detail page preserves the information associated with the purchase. This is important because if the seller later changes their listing, the original order remains based on what the buyer purchased. The order is a snapshot of the transaction as it was agreed, not as the listing appears now.

This is one of the ways Bukiia protects both parties. The record does not change when the listing does.

Keeping Orders Current

Managing your orders means acting on them when action is required. When a product arrives, inspect it and confirm delivery. If something is wrong, report the problem promptly rather than letting the order sit unresolved. When a seller provides shipping information, review it. When a delivery is delayed, follow up.

Orders that are left unattended tend to become problems. Orders that are managed actively tend to complete smoothly. The order detail page gives you everything needed to manage them — the information, the status, and the actions.

A Record You Can Rely On

Your order history is the definitive account of what you bought, from whom, at what price, and what happened afterwards. When a question arises — about a delivery, a payment, or a dispute — the order is where the answer lives.
